We dispatch and deliver our dolls with care so they arrive in the same pristine condition they were shipping in.

Dispatch Times.

We usually dispatch your order 3-5 business day. The courier picks up orders at 4 pm on weekdays however there are delays especially with parcels travelling out of New Zealand. 

Stock Levels.

If there is ever a stock issue, we will ring or email you as soon as possible to make sure your shopping experience is as stress-free as possible. There are currently delays on shipments coming into New Zealand due to COVID. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at the shopping cart based on your location, be sure to enter your delivery location and it will populate the costs for you.

Shipping Times.

Delivery usually takes the following amount of business days. We will send you an alert to let you know it is on its way.

• New Zealand: 5 - 10 business days
• Australia: 10 - 15 business days
• United Kingdom: 15 - 20 business days
• U.S.A: 15 - 20  business days
